3. Hon. Normandie B. Pizarro, who compulsorily retired on 7 February 2019;

4. Hon. Henri Jean Paul B. Inting, who was appointed Supreme Court Associate Justice on 22 February 2019;

5. Hon. Amy C. Lazaro-Javier, who was appointed Supreme Court Associate Justice on 6 March 2019;

6. Hon. Carmelita S. Manahan, who compulsorily retired on 21 March 2019;
